The unit is equipped with a 60 in Smart TV in the living room, a 43-in in the master bedroom, and a 32-in in a guest room for your use and convenience. Not only is this condo beautiful and close to all of the best of Virginia Beach, but it is equipped with many extra amenities for your beach including beach equipment (cart, chairs and more!) a keurig as well as a standard coffee pot, and thoughtful details throughout!
City health rules limit occupancy to 3 persons per bedroom. Bedding represents flexibility in sleeping, not occupancy

EPA certified cleaning products used with provided cleaning service!
Linen package includes fresh sheets and pillowcases for each bed and a towel set for 6 guests. Towel sets include: 1 bath towel, 1 hand towel and 1 wash cloth. Additional linens can be rented through our in-house linen company if desired.
Basic toiletries include: 3 rolls or bath tissue for each bathroom, 3 rolls of paper towels, 3 tall trash bags, and kitchen towels. Guests are responsible for any additional supplies if needed.
Guests are able to park up to 2 vehicles during their stay in the complex's private lot.
