MAJOR UPDATES AND RENOVATIONS 2022, this cozy, vintage cottage is just steps from beach access in the North End of Virginia Beach. With four spacious bedrooms and two and a half baths, this house easily accommodates multiple families! With a newly designated "work from home" room and new bedding configurations, the 3rd floor loft stays a favorite with two full beds and three twin beds. A large screened in porch, indoor gathering space and dining room table will be part of memories for years to come! The house has central air conditioning, a washer/dryer, dishwasher, wireless internet, and flat screen TVs. Castaway Sands Cottage is located just a mile north of the Virginia Beach Boardwalk, close to the hustle and bustle but removed enough to still have a relaxing vacation on quieter beaches.
Set close by North End beach access, this family friendly location is a prestigious neighborhood that is treasured by locals and known for it's quiet and less-crowded beaches. Not only is this home just a short walk from the beach access, but it is also within a short distance to First Landing State Park, a prime location for hiking, biking, kayaking, and more! You are also just a short 5-10 minute drive from the Virginia Beach Boardwalk.
Pets are welcome, with deposit. Please see city regulations for dates and times for allowance of pets on the beaches.
City health regulations limit occupancy to 3 persons per bedroom. Bedding represents flexibility in sleeping, not occupancy.
Linens and a toiletry starter pack are included in this rental!
Linen package includes fresh sheets and pillowcases for each bed and a towel set for each guest. Towel sets include: 1 bath towel, 1 hand towel and 1 wash cloth. Additional linens can be rented through our in-house linen company if desired.
Basic toiletries include: 3 rolls or bath tissue for each bathroom, 3 rolls of paper towels, 3 tall trash bags, and kitchen towels. Guests are responsible for any additional supplies if needed.
EPA certified cleaning products used with provided cleaning service!
