It is outfitted with brand new, top-of-the line furniture and is sure to provide an incredible getaway! It is located on the third floor of a condo complex that sits directly next to iFly (indoor skydiving), one of the many local attractions in Virginia Beach! It is conveniently located within walking distance to many of the local shops and restaurants in the Boardwalk area. This rental is perfect for those wanting to stay close to the action! Custom fitted granite counters and cabinets in the kitchen and bathrooms and a brand new reclining love seat & sofa set this vacation retreat apart. The unit is equipped with a 60 in Smart TV in the living room, a 43 in in the master bedroom, and a 32 in in a guest room for your use and convenience. The living room has a 60” Smart TV installed for guests’ entertainment. A detailed list of operating instructions is provided for the TV and DVD player.

The very spacious master bedroom is appointed with a King sized bed, a dresser, and two night stands. Both night stands have built in outlets and charging stations for your phone. The high ceiling is an additional bonus.
This relaxing master bedroom is connected to a private bathroom and walk in closet for additional storage. An iron and ironing board are in the closet for your convenience.
For further comfort during your stay, watch a movie on this 43” Smart TV in the Master Bedroom. A nautical desk, chair and cushion chair are also provided in this bedroom.
The shower in the master bedroom has been custom fitted and designed. Touches of design tile and granite also enhance the beauty and function of this shower. The entire bathroom has been updated.
The master bathroom has a beautiful granite counter, cabinetry, and a storage closet for linens and toiletries.
Sleep 4 on this comfortable bunk bed set. A twin bed lofted over a full bed with a twin trundle below. Stairs are attached to the bed set for a fun climb to the top bunk.
The bunk bed room is very spacious and has plenty of storage, a large closet, and charming furnishings!
For extra fun, this bunk bed room also has a 32” Smart TV. This room has a fully restored dresser, desk, and nautical chair. The floor provides ample space for playing games, working on jigsaw puzzles, doing yoga, etc…
The second full bathroom is connected to both the bunk bed room and the hallway for guests’ use. Notice the large interior storage closet for your toiletries and linens. Very spacious!
This hallway bathroom is also fully updated with a custom fitted tile shower/tub, cabinets and granite counter.
Bedroom #3 is located off the living room and provides a very cozy room for up to 2 guests. The twin daybed has a twin trundle beneath it. (It can be converted into a queen bed when raised). If it is not used as a bedroom, it is a wonderful place to take a nap, read books, or simply take a nice rest.
Get a breath of fresh ocean air on the balcony during your stay.
Two parking spaces are provided to our guests in the parking lot outside of the condo building. Ocean Place is a very safe condominium building which requires a key to enter the front door. All of this and just a very short, 1 ½ block walk to the Oceanfront of Virginia Beach!!
Rinse off the sand from the day at the beach at the outdoor shower (located on the left side of the building). You can also enjoy an outdoor picnic and relax in the shaded commons area.
The owners have provided you with fun beach equipment such as a beach buggy with built in cooler, beach chairs, a beach umbrella, and some beach toys. You will also find a large assortment of games, books, and movies that you can enjoy during your stay in Ocean Place 340!
The welcome binder as well as a binder of restaurants (divided by cuisine) is provided for your convenience. You will find many helpful tips, as well as information about the area in the welcome binder.
