This beautiful home offers a second-floor open-air feel with a beautiful ocean wall mural by Yellow Door Studios, a local Virginia Beach artist. The NEWLY RENOVATED in 2024 kitchen is well-stocked, allowing for enjoyable family cooking, and seating in both the dining room and eat-in kitchen area. Sleeping arrangements include two bedrooms and a full bath on the first floor, one bedroom and a full bathroom on the second floor, and the third floor is a private master suite with a large, updated rain shower.
With beach access just around the corner, you can easily bring your surfboard, chairs and beach toys. The home features its own private, solar-heated, saltwater pool, with slide and outdoor enclosed shower. Please note that the temperature of the pool is dependent on the weather, especially in the early months of spring and summer. Pool will be open from May to late September.
City health rules limit occupancy to three persons per bedroom. The bedding provides flexibility in sleeping arrangements but does not indicate occupancy.
The linen package includes fresh sheets and pillowcases for each bed, as well as a towel set for each guest. The towel set includes one bath towel, one hand towel, and one washcloth. Additional linens can be rented through the in-house linen company if desired.
Basic toiletries, such as bath tissue, paper towels, tall trash bags, and kitchen towels, are provided. Guests are responsible for any additional supplies they may need.
The cleaning service uses EPA certified cleaning products.
Parking is available for up to 4-5 vehicles in the driveway.
Unfortunately, pets are not allowed.
