Five bedroom vacation get away with ocean view from three floors! Open and bright, this home is just one street back from the ocean and steps to residential Croatan beach access. Spend time outside on one of this property's three decks overlooking a large pool with a spacious patio great for entertaining and enclosed in a white fence.
A spacious and open kitchen equipped with top of the line appliances and more than enough cooking and serving items will make preparing meals enjoyable and easy. A large dining room allows for sharing meals together. Also, enjoy having 2 gas grills, one pool side and the other on the third level close to the kitchen. This home is full of amenities that will make you feel like you are at home away from home.
You will find two bedrooms on the first floor, one with a king bed, and the other with two sets of bunk beds (three twins & one queen) and a sleeper sofa. On the second floor there are two bedrooms with queen beds and the master bedroom with a king bed. Lastly, there is a fourth floor "escape" room with large deck and great view that can be used as an office or an additional guest bedroom.
A large garage filled with many beach items for your use during your stay is available to you. With eight flat screen TVs throughout the house, DVD players, a billiard table, a Foosball table, games, books and more, you will never get bored!
City health rules limit occupancy to 3 persons per bedroom. Bedding represents flexibility in sleeping, not occupancy
Linens are included. Linens package includes fresh sheets and pillowcases for each bed and a towel set for each guest. Towel sets include: 1 bath towel, 1 hand towel and 1 wash cloth. Additional linens can be rented through our in-house linen company if desired.
EPA certified cleaning products used with provided cleaning service!
Parking: up to 4-5 vehicles in the driveway.
