Pet Policy

If you wish to bring your furry friends along with you please make sure that the property you select allows pets. If the property's page states that animals are allowed a non-refundable fee of One Hundred Dollars ($100.00) per pet (limit of 2 pets) will be added and is due thirty (30) days before arrival. For yearly or month-to-month rentals, the non-refundable fee is Two Hundred Dollars ($200.00).

Any evidence of pets in the unit without permission, or more pets than specified will result in a charge of One-Hundred Fifty Dollars ($150.00) per pet to be deducted from the Damage Deposit. Any extra damage to the unit will result in more funds taken being taken from the Damage Deposit.
