Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes things come up and you are unable to fulfill your travel plans. We suggest that you make sure your rental is secured by adding CSA Travel Protection to your rental. CSA Travel Protection ensures you will receive your money back if you are unable to take your vacation. They also protect you while you are on your vacation with conceirge and medical services. Our Policy concerning Cancellation is as follows:

All cancellations must be submitted in writing. We make every effort to re-rent the property you had booked for the week so that your loss can be minimized. If the property is not re-rented the only refund you will receive is the damage deposit (if it had been paid). Under no circumstances will the Reservation Fee be returned. If the property is re-rented at the same rate, the remainder of the money will be returned to the renter.

If you change your mind and wish to rent a different property we can transfer funds to the new property for a transfer fee of $35. The transfer fee must be paid at the time of the transfer. A corrected lease must be signed and returned to the office.
